Polls Open this Friday, January 20^th, for the Nominations Phase of the 2012 Steampunk Chronicle Reader’s Choice Awards. But, faithful readers, we offer a preview of the categories. Here they are! Get thinking about who you want to nominate, and be ready to tell us about the best in Steampunk starting this Friday. But don’t take too long to decide, as nominations CLOSE at 11:59pm EST Sunday, February 26^th, 2012.

A few tips and pointers:

-          You may nominate more than one person, item, or group in any given category, AND you may nominate an individual or group in more than ONE category, but DO NOT nominate the same person over and over again in the same category. It’s stuffing the ballot box, which is cheating. As well as annoying the editors of SpC.

-          LINKS – some categories require links to a picture. If you do NOT include the required link, your nomination will not be counted/included.

-          Please spread the word, the more participants we have in the NOMINATIONS Phase, the better the choices will be in the VOTING Phase. Tweet, Facebook and skywrite all about the awards! The more the merrier.
